Business Foundation Programme
Business Studies
Students International's Business Foundation Programme offers international students an opportunity of entry to a UK University as it bridges the gap between the qualifications they have obtained in their home country and those that are needed to enter a university here.
Our course lasts for one academic year and is designed for students who have graduated from High School in their own countries but who need to enhance their academic and English Language skills before starting a degree course.
The course involves:
- Intensive English Language Tuition to prepare students for the IELTS Examination
- Tuition to prepare students for the Association of Business Executives' Certificate in Business Studies.
- A programme to improve Study Skills
- A pastoral programme
Tuition totals 28 - 30 hours per week, including English Language lessons and Business tutoring.
De Montfort University
Students International has a progression agreement with De Montfort University in Leicester and successful students, subject to meeting the conditions set by the university, will be accepted on the first year of their Business Studies undergraduate degree course.
